“Disobey!”

This poster was made in commemoration of the third anniversary of Myanmar’s Civil Disobedience Movement.

The Civil Disobedience Movement began in February 2021, as government staff went on strike to protest the military’s attempted coup. 2024 marks three years of successful resistance against the junta. We salute their resistance with this art piece.

Profits from sales support the artist and are donated to grassroots community groups working for change in Myanmar.
