This ornament is designed as homage to the traditional Burmese toy, the “Pyit Taing Htaung.” The Pyit Taing Htaung is a traditional rolling doll that rights itself whenever it is tossed.
Quilled paper on wood, with a raffia hanging loop. Measures 3 inches in diameter.
In the Christmas spirit of supporting mothers and babies, a portion of proceeds from card sales will go to support midwives/maternal health projects in Myanmar!
